TECHNICAL SEMINAR
Seminar Rental Fee per session: USD 300.00 (Interpreter fee not included) Each session should last for a maximum of 1 hour, the price includes, seminar room rental, 200 audience seats, and invitations to the Vietnam audience. The following equipment can be arranged free of charge: Overhead projector, Microphones & Sound Systems.
Session Schedule
September 25: 10 am (1 hour / session) & 2 pm (1 hour / session)
September 26 - 27: 10 am (1 hour / session) 2 pm (1 hour / session), 3:30 pm (1 hours / session)
September 28: 10 am (1 hour / session), 2 pm (1 hour / session)
Call for paper in English by August 10, 2013 at the latest for the interpreters’ reference. If you have specific invitees, please send us a list, together with this form. We will try our best to attend to your requests. However, arrangements for the date, venue and audience of the seminar are at the sole discretion of the Vietnam authorities.
